Federal Law No. 100-FZ of June 15, 2007 on the Amendments to Articles 14, 15 and 16 of the Federal Law on the General Principles of Organisation of Local Government in the Russian Federation

According to the amendments, issues of local significance of a residential settlement and urban district shall include issuance of permissions for construction, permissions to put objects in operation in the course of construction, reconstruction, capital repair of objects of capital construction located respectively on the territories of residential settlements and territories of urban districts. Provisions pertaining to the authority of the municipal region in the sphere of land planning and city planning activities on the intermediate territories are excluded.

Federal Law No. 99-FZ of June 7, 2007 on the Ratification of the Agreement between the Member-States of the North Atlantic Treaty and Other States Participating in the Program "Partnership for Peace", on the Status of Their Forces of June 19, 1995 and of the Additional Protocol to It

The goal of the ratified Agreement is adjustment of the issue of the status of forces participating in the measures in the sphere of military and technical cooperation Russia-NATO arranged both on the territory of the Russian Federation and abroad.

Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 372 of June 14, 2007 on the Interim Rates of the Import Customs Duties for Radio Frequency (Coaxial) Cables

Changes the code of the Foreign Trade Commodity Nomenclature of the Russian Federation from 8544 20 000 0 to 8544 20 000 for coaxial cables and other coaxial electric conductors. New subheadings are introduced in the mentioned heading.
      The Decision is entered into force 2 months after the day of its official publication. Before this date, the import of the above commodities is subject to the rate of 5% of the customs cost.

Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 371 of June 14, 2007 on the Amendments to the Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 332 of June 30, 2004 on the Endorsement of the Regulation on the Federal Service for Tariff Rates

Pursuant to the introduction in the Federal Service for Tariff Rates of the management board for taking decisions to fix the prices (tariff rates) and/or their limiting levels in the sphere of activities of the subjects of natural monopolies, amends the Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation having endorsed the Regulation on the Federal Service for Tariff Rates of Russia.

Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 369 of June 12, 2007 on the Amendment to the Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 795 of December 23, 1006 Having Endorsed the Rate of the Export Customs Duty for Other Coke and Black Coal Semicoke

Endorses the zero rate of the export customs duty for other coke and black coal semicoke (code of the Foreign Trade Commodity Nomenclature of Russia 2704 00 190 0) exported from the territory of the Russian Federation outside the member-states of the Customs Union agreements.
      The Decision is entered into force 1 month after the day of its official publication.

Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 368 of June 12, 2007 on the Interim Rate of the Import Customs Duty for Durable Polyester Filaments

Introduces for 9 months the zero rate of the import customs duty for durable polyester filaments (code according to the Foreign Trade Commodity Nomenclature of Russia 5402 20 000 0). The import of the mentioned commodities at present is subject to the rate of 10% of the customs cost.
      The Decision is entered into force one month after the day of its official publication.

Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 360 of June 9, 2007 on the Endorsement of the Rules of Conclusion and Execution of Public Contracts of Connection to Systems of Communal Infrastructure

Introduces the rules defining the procedure of conclusion, changing and execution of the contract for connection of the constructed, reconstructed or already constructed but not yet connected building, structure or another object of capital construction to engineering support networks forming the system of communal infrastructure including power, heat, gas, water supplies, water disposal and purification of waste water.
