The functions of enforcement of activities of self-regulating organisations of assessors are vested in the Federal Registration Service.
      The Decree is entered into force from the day of its signing, except for the provisions on the increase of the staff of the federal service and its territorial bodies entering into force from January 1, 2008.

From June 19, 2007, the rate of refinancing (bank rate) of the Bank of Russia is reduced from 10.5% to 10% annual. The previous reduction of the bank rate occurred on January 29, 2007 (from 11% to 10.5%).
