Federal Law No. 101-FZ of June 18, 2007 on the Amendments to Individual Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation on Activities of Legislative (Representative) Bodies of State Power of Subjects of the Russian Federation and Representative Bodies of Municipal Formations

The amendments introduce additional reasons for an early termination of authority of the legislative body of the subject of the Russian Federation and representative body of the municipal formation.
      The Federal Law is entered into force 30 days after the day of its official publication.

Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 376 of June 18, 2007 on the Endorsement of the Regulation on the Creation and Liquidation of Gambling Zones

Defines the procedure for taking decisions on the creation and liquidation of gambling zones.

Direction of the Central Bank of Russia No. 1841-U of June 18, 2007 on the Amendments to the Direction of the Bank of Russia No. 1376-U of January 16, 2004 on the List, Forms and Procedure of Drawing up and Submission of the Forms of Reports of Credit Organisations to the Central Bank of the Russian Federation

The amendments refine the algorithms of generation of the reporting figures pursuant to the changing of the chart of accounts of banks and refining of the procedure of drawing up of the forms of reports of credit organisations.
      The Direction is entered into force from July 1, 2007. The changed reporting form 0409634 "Report of Open Currency Positions" shall be drawn up from October 1, 2007.
