Federal Law No. 102-FZ of June 19, 2007 on the Amendments to Articles 16 and 19 of the Water Code of the Russian Federation and Article 27 of the Land Code of the Russian Federation

The amendments restrict circulation of land plots in the first and second rings of the sanitary zone of water objects available in the state or municipal property and used for potable water and household water supplies.

Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 379 of June 18, 2007 on the Amendments to the Rules of Granting Subsidies to Pay for the Dwelling Space and Communal Service Endorsed by the Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 761 of December 14, 2005

The amendments extend the sphere of reference of the bodies of local government of residential settlements and urban districts to include the authority to take decisions to grant subsides to pay for the dwelling space and communal services.

Order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation No. 41 of April 10, 2007 on the Endorsement of the Procedure for Temporary Restriction of Traffic over the Public-Use Highways of Federal Significance

According to the Federal Law on the highway traffic safety, temporary restriction of or stopping traffic on the highways for traffic safety reasons may be introduced by the authorised officials of the federal bodies of executive power, bodies of executive power of the subjects of the Russian Federation and bodies of local government within their sphere of reference.
