Defines the list of perfumery and cosmetics exempted from the Federal Law on the state regulation of production and circulation of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products.
      The Decision is entered into force from July 1, 2007.

Regulation of the Central Bank of Russia No. 304-P of June 18, 2007 on the Procedure of Calculation and Transfer of Payments for the Services of the System of Real-Time Gross Payments of the Bank of Russia

The system of urgent electronic payments is initiated from July 1, 2007 in the system of payments of the Bank of Russia intended for payments in the currency of the Russian Federation of the Bank of Russia, credit organisations (their branches) clients of the Bank of Russia not being credit organisations (their branches) to provide for the real-time gross transfers as soon as electronic payment orders are received.
