Federal Law No. 65-FZ of May 1, 2007 on the Amendments to the Federal Law on the Technical Regulation

Refines the sphere of application of the Law. According to the amendments, it does not apply now not only to the state educational standards, provisions (standards) on accounting work and the rules (standards) of audit activities, standards of issue of securities and prospectuses of securities, but also to the socio-economic, organisational, sanitary and hygienic, medical treatment and prevention, rehabilitation measures in the sphere of labour safety. Besides, the Law does not regulate relations pertaining to measures of prevention and dissemination of mass human infections, prevention of human diseases, medical aid (except for the cases of development, adoption, application and execution of obligatory requirements to products, including medicines, medical equipment, foodstuffs), as well as the measures of protection of soil, atmospheric air, water objects, resorts, water objects included in the places of tourism and leisure.

Amends the list and composition of the forms of accounting reports of insurance organisations and reports of the given organisations submitted according to the enforcement procedure as endorsed by the Order of the Ministry of Finance of Russia No. 113n of December 8, 2003.
