Endorses the federal targeted program "Prevention and Combating Socially Significant Diseases (2007-2011)" including subprograms "Diabetes Mellitus", "Tuberculosis", "HIV Infection", "Oncology", "Sexually Transmitted Infections", "Viral Hepatitis", "Psychic Disorders", "Arterial Hypertension" and "Vaccine Prevention".

Letter of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation No. 03-02-07/2-78 of April 25, 2007 on the Uniform (Simplified) Tax Declaration

According to the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, taxpayers must submit to the tax body at the place of registration tax declarations (estimates) for each tax due from these taxpayers. The person is recognised to be a taxpayer regardless of the presence or absence of the duty to pay the appropriate tax with him. The absence of the amount of tax to pay as a result of a particular tax period with the taxpayer does not exempt him from the duty to submit the tax declaration for this tax, if otherwise is not specified in the legislation on taxes and fees.
