Direction of the Central Bank of Russia No. 1817-U of April 11, 2007 on the Amendments to the Direction of the Bank of Russia No. 1744-U of November 13, 2006 on the Procedure for the Bank of Russia to Hand out to Resident Credit Organisations Coins for Numismatic Purposes

Pursuant to the changing of the organisational structure of the Bank of Russia, in particular, reorganisation of the Department of Emissions and Cash Operations of the Bank of Russia into the Department of Circulation of Cash of the Bank of Russia, introduces appropriate amendments to the Direction of the Bank of Russia No. 1744-U of November 13, 2006 on the procedure for the Bank of Russia to hand out to resident credit organisations coins for numismatic purposes.

Direction of the Central Bank of Russia No. 1818-U of April 23, 2007 on the Amendments to the Regulation of the Bank of Russia No. 230-P of June 4, 2003 on the Reorganisation of Credit Organisations in the Form of a Merger and Incorporation

The procedure of reorganisation of credit organisations in the form of a merger and incorporation is being brought in compliance with the actual legislation on joint-stock companies and on limited-liability companies.
      The Direction is entered into force 10 days after the day of its official publication in the Herald of the Bank of Russia.

Order of the Federal Service for Financial Markets No. 07-32/pz-n of March 29, 2007 on the Invalidation of Item 9.1 of the Regulation on the Clearing Activities at the Securities Market of the Russian Federation Endorsed by the Decision of the Federal Commission for Securities Market No. 32/ps of August 14, 2002

Removes the prohibition to combine clearing of futures transactions and clearing of other transactions with securities for clearing centres.
