The Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 208 of April 11, 2006 endorsed the form of the document confirming the presence of the license. Besides, the licensing bodies are ordered to endorse the forms of applications for the granting and redrawing of licenses, as well as the notifications, orders, excerpts from registers of licenses and other documents used in the course of licensing.
      Registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on May 3, 2007. Reg. No. 9397.

Regulation of the Central Bank of Russia No. 303-P of April 25, 2007 on the Real-Time Gross Settlement System of the Bank of Russia

Defines the rules of functioning of the real-time gross settlement system of the Bank of Russia known as the urgent electronic bank settlement system (BESP).
      The Regulation is entered into force from July 1, 2007.

Direction of the Central Bank of Russia No. 1822-U of April 25, 2007 on the Procedure for Making Payments in the Real-Time Gross Settlement System of the Bank of Russia

Regulates the procedure of making payments in the real-time gross settlement system of the Bank of Russia known as the urgent electronic bank settlement system (BESP) by the system participants and of management of participation in the system.
      The Direction must be published officially in the Herald of the Bank of Russia and is entered into force from July 1, 2007.
