Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 266 of May 5, 2007 on the Hi-Tech Medical Aid to Be Rendered in 2007 to the Citizens of the Russian Federation from the Federal Budget

Endorses the rules regulating the procedure of generation in 2007 of the state order for the hi-tech medical aid to be rendered to the citizens of the Russian Federation and financed at the expense of the federal budget in the framework of the program of state guarantees of free medical aid to the citizens of the Russian Federation in 2007.
      The Decision is entered into force from the day of its official publication and applies to legal relations emerging from April 1, 2007.

From June 27, 2007, enters into force the Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation stating that the Republic of Bulgaria and the Republic of Romania having become members of the European Union from January 1, 2007 are excluded from the list of user countries of the scheme of preferences of the Russian Federation.
      The Order is entered into force from June 27, 2007.

The moment of determination of the taxable base for the value added tax for the property leasing services is the earlier of the dates: day of payment (partial payment) for the anticipated services or the last day of the tax period where the services are rendered regardless of the subsequent time of receiving of the rent in the periods specified in the lease contract.
