Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 306 of May 21, 2007 on the Amendments to the Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 187 of April 7, 2004 and No. 443 of August 27, 2004

The amendments to the Federal Law on the assessment activities in the Russian Federation introduce an obligatory membership for assessors in one of the self-regulating organisations of assessors that control activities of assessors. From July 1, 2007, the persons having failed to join the self-regulating organisations of assessors may not engage in assessment activities. Enforcement functions for the activities of self-regulating organisations are vested in the authorised federal body in the sphere of assessment activities.

Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 304 of May 21, 2007 on the Classification of Emergency Situations of Natural and Technical Nature

According to the Federal Law on the protection of population and territories against emergency situations of natural and technical nature, the borders of the zones of emergency situations are defined by the managers of works of elimination of emergency situations on the basis of classification of emergency situations specified by the Government of the Russian Federation and upon coordination with executive bodies of state power and the bodies of local government where the emergency situations occur.
