Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 332 of April 20, 2009 on the Endorsement of the Rates of Import Customs Duties for Hens and Individual Types of Eggs

From April 10, 2009, applies on the permanent basis the zero rates of import customs duties for live hens weighing up to 185 g (item 0105 11 of the Foreign Trade Commodity Nomenclature of Russia) and eggs for hatchery (code 0407 00 190 0 according to the Foreign Trade Commodity Nomenclature of Russia).

If the modernisation was carried out in less than 15 years from the putting of object in operation, and the modernised object is not excluded from the amortised property, a separate appendix is filled out for the VAT amount declared for exemption.
