According to the Federal Law No. 41-FZ of April 5, 2009, the candidate for the position of the higher official of the subject of the Russian Federation is proposed to the President of the Russian Federation by the political party having won at the regional elections.

Increases for 9 months the rate of the import customs duty for coaxial cables and other coaxial electric conductors.

Increases the rates of import customs duties for raw sugar of cane and sugar with flavouring and dyeing additives.
