      The Direction is entered into force 10 days after the day of its official publication in the Herald of the Bank of Russia.

The form and the filling procedure of the tax declaration for the water tax are being brought in compliance with the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
      The Order is entered into force beginning with the tax declaration for the water tax for the I quarter of 2007.

      The Direction is entered into force from January 1, 2008 except for the above provisions of the earlier endorsed rules loosing force from September 1, 2008.
