Federal Law No. 57-FZ of April 20, 2007 on the Amendments to Individual Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation

Provides a new wording for Article 59 of the Federal Law on the fauna stating that withdrawn or confiscated objects of fauna must be returned to their environment.
      The Federal Law on the fishing and preservation of aquatic biological resources is extended to include Article 54 introducing the same requirement.

The amendments improve legislative regulation of the authority of the Russian Federation and the subjects of the Russian Federation pertaining to licensing and state accreditation of educational institutions and scientific organisations.

Federal Law No. 55-FZ of April 20, 2007 on the Amendment to Article 26 of the Federal Law on the State Regulation of Production and Circulation of Ethyl Alcohol, Alcoholic and Alcohol-Containing Products

Suspends until July 1, 2007 the norm prohibiting production and circulation of denatured alcohol or denatured alcohol-containing products failing to comply with the list and concentration of denaturing agents specified in the law or violating the procedure of their use.
      The Federal Law is entered into force from the day of its official publication.

Federal Law No. 54-FZ of April 20, 2007 on the Amendments to the Federal Law on the Minimum Amount of Labour Remuneration and Other Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation

From September 1, 2007, the minimum amount of labour remuneration is increased to Rbl 2,300.
      The Federal Law is entered into force from September 1, 2007.

Order of the Federal Fund of Obligatory Medical Insurance No. 56 of March 21, 2007 on the Amendments to the Typical Rules of Obligatory Medical Insurance of Citizens

Insurants for the working citizens are organisations, natural persons registered as independent entrepreneurs, private notaries, lawyers, natural persons having concluded labour contracts with employees, as well as paying out rewards under civil contracts subject to taxes due to the funds of obligatory medical insurance in compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
