Federal Law No. 53-FZ of April 20, 2007 on the Amendments to the Federal Law on the Placing of Orders for Supplies of Commodities, Carrying out Works, Rendering Services for the State and Municipal Needs and to Individual Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation

The Federal Law on the placing of orders for supplies of commodities, carrying out works, rendering services for the state and municipal needs does not apply in the cases of services rendered by international financial organisations created under international treaties where the Russian Federation is a participant, as well as international financial organisations where the Russian Federation has concluded international treaties.
      The Federal Law is entered into force from the day of its official publication with an exception.

Order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation No. 112 of April 4, 2007 on the Invalidation of the Order of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia No. 263 of October 18, 2005 on the Procedure of Customs Registration of White Sugar and Sugar-Containing Products Imported to the Territory of the Russian Federation from the Republic of Belarus

The mentioned document is invalidated for the purpose of execution of obligations of the Russian Federation to abandon the requirement to place on the obligatory basis sugar imported from Belarus to Russia to the temporary storage warehouses (customs warehouses) from the date of signing of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on the terms of sugar supplies in 2007-2008 signed in Minsk on March 23, 2007.

Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 229 of April 14, 2007 on the Amendments to the Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 183 of March 2, 2000

The Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 183 of March 2, 2000 having endorsed the Regulation on the normatives of emissions of hazardous (polluting) agents into the atmospheric air and hazardous physical impacts on it is amended where it pertains to the forming of the Federal Service of Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Enforcement to replace the dissolved State Committee of the Russian Federation for Protection of the Environment, as well as the reformation of the Ministry of Public Health of the Russian Federation into the Ministry of Public Health and Social Development of Russia.
