Federal Law No. 40-FZ of March 29, 2007 on the Dissolution of Some of the Regional Courts of the Ryazan Province

Dissolves the Yermishinsky, Pitelinsky, Putyatinsky and the Chuchkovsky regional courts of the Ryazan Province while handing over their jurisdiction to the Kadomsky, Sasovsky, Shatsky and the Shilovsky regional courts of the Ryazan Province respectively. The need for the reform is stipulated by insufficient number of federal judges in the above courts.
