Federal Law No. 41-FZ of April 9, 2007 on the Execution of the Federal Budget for the Year 2005

Endorses the report of execution of the federal budget for the year 2005 with incomes amounting to Rbl 5,127,228,933.9 thousand and expenses amounting to Rbl 3,514,347,654.1 thousand, the surplus of incomes over expenses being Rbl 1,612,881,279.8 thousand.
      The Federal Law is entered into force from the day of its official publication.

Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 217 of April 10, 2007 on the Measures to Protect Russian Producers of Mechanical Engineering Fixtures

Introduces for 5 years an antidumping duty for mechanical engineering fixtures (bolts and nuts) made by cold or hot deformation (nuts with nominal thread diameters from 20 to 30 mm inclusive) with subsequent threading in cold condition originating in the Ukraine and classified under the codes of the Foreign Trade Commodity Nomenclature of Russia 7318 15 810 0, 7318 16 100 0, 7318 16 910 9, 7318 16 990 0 in the amount of 21.8% of the customs cost.
      The Decision is entered into force one month after the day of its official publication.

Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 215 of April 10, 2007 on the Amendments to the Customs Tariff of the Russian Federation and the Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 795 of December 23, 2006 for Timber - Coniferous and Non-Coniferous of Birch-Tree and Asp

Reduces to zero the export customs duties for timber of birch-tree and asp cut lengthwise (code of the Foreign Trade Commodity Nomenclature of Russia 4407 99 980 1), as well as for coniferous timber with shaping on any edge, whether or not planed or sanded, with or without end joints (code according to the Foreign Trade Commodity Nomenclature of Russia 4409 10 180 0), exported outside the member-states of the Customs Union agreements.
      The Decision is entered into force 2 months after the day of its official publication.
