Federal Law No. 49-FZ of April 12, 2007 on the Amendments to Article 6 of the Federal Law on the Audit Chamber of the Russian Federation

Refines the procedure of nomination of auditors of the Audit Chamber assigned to their position by the Council of the Federation and the State Duma. The chambers of the Federal Assembly shall assign the auditors at the presentation of the President of the Russian Federation. If the candidate is rejected, the President may nominate him anew or choose another one.
      The Federal Law is entered into force from the day of its official publication.

Federal Law No. 48-FZ of April 12, 2007 on the Amendments to Individual Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation Pertaining to the Requirements to the Monetary Figures

Amends the Federal Laws on the status of the member of the Council of the Federation and the status of the deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, on the state civil service of the Russian Federation envisaging that the monetary figures are indicated by the member of the Council of the Federation, deputy of the State Duma in compliance with the requirements specified in the legislation of the Russian Federation, regulations on the chambers of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the state servants being obliged to indicate the monetary figures in compliance with the requirements specified in the federal laws, decrees of the President of the Russian Federation.
      The Federal Law is entered into force from July 1, 2007.

Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 205 of April 7, 2007 on the Amendments to Some of the Acts of the Government of the Russian Federation on the Determination of the Volumes of Sale of Electric Power at Free (Non-Regulated) Prices

The amendments to the Decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 529 of August 31, 2006, No. 643 of October 24, 2003, No. 109 of February 26, 2004 define clearly the shares of electric power to be supplied from January 1, 2007 at regulated prices (tariff rates) at the wholesale market. From January 1, 2011, electric power will be supplied at free (non-regulated prices) in full amount.
      The Decision is entered into force from the date of official publication.

Letter of the Federal Agency for Construction and the Housing-and-Communal Sector No. SK-1394/02 of April 9, 2007 on the Prices for Design and Survey Works in Construction for the II Quarter of 2007

In the II quarter of 2007, the recommended index of change of the cost of design works to the level of basic prices as of January 1, 2001 is equal to 2.23 and to 17.21 to the level of basic prices as of January 1, 1995 (in the previous quarter, 2.19 and 16, 92 respectively).

Defines the indices of change of the estimated cost of construction and installation works on the whole and by items of expenses for the II quarter of 2007 for the subjects of the Russian Federation.
