Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 226 of April 14, 2007 on the Interim Rates of Import Customs Duties for Motor Gasolines

Reduces for 9 months from 5% to 10% of the customs cost the rates of the import customs duties for individual aviation gasolines.
      The Decision is entered into force one month after the day of its official publication.

Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 225 of April 14, 2007 on the Interim Rate of the Import Customs Duty for Adhesive Paper and Paperboard

Reduces from 15% to 5% of the customs cost the rate of the import customs duty for adhesive paper and paperboard (code according to the Foreign Trade Commodity Nomenclature 4811 41 900 0). The rate is introduced for 9 months.
      The Decision is entered into force one month after the day of its official publication.

Order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation No. 26n of March 26, 2007 on the Amendments to the Normative Legal Acts on Accounting Work

The amendments introduced in the Regulation on accounting work and accounting reports exclude from the list of methods of assessment of reserves used to determine the actual net cost of material reserves written off into production the LIFO method (the net cost of the last purchased).
      The Order is entered into force from January 1, 2008.

Defines the rules of issue of permissions for the re-export of commodities originating on the territory of the Russian Federation included in the list of commodities requiring a re-export permission.

Order of the Federal Service for Financial Markets No. 07-23/pz-n of March 13, 2007 on the Endorsement of the Procedure of Assigning of the State Registration Numbers to Issues (Additional Issues) of Emission Securities

Endorses a new procedure of assigning of numbers to the issues (additional issues) of emission securities subject to the state registration regardless of the type of issuer, including the issues (additional issues) of securities of credit and insurance organisations, issues (additional issues) of foreign issuers, including the international financial organisations.

Order of the Federal Service for Financial Markets No. 07-25/pz-n of March 15, 2007 on the Endorsement of the List of Securities of International Financial Organisations That May Form Part of the Pension Reserves of a Non-State Pension Fund

The mentioned securities shall include the bonds of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

Order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation No. 56 of February 26, 2007 on the Endorsement of the Nomenclature of Commodities Defining the Classes of Commodities (for the Purpose of Determination of the Types of Retail Trade Market-Places)

Proceeding from the endorsed nomenclature, the retail trade market-place may be qualified as a multi-purpose one (if less than 80% of the vendor positions at such market-place from their total number is intended for commodities of one class) and a specialised one (if the mentioned number of vendor positions is greater than 80%).
