Direction of the Central Bank of Russia No. 1816-U of April 10, 2007 on the Adjustment of Individual Acts of the Bank of Russia

Invalidates the procedure of submission to the Bank of Russia of the report of available unsatisfied claims of individual creditors in monetary obligations and the failure to execute the duty to pay obligatory payments because of absence or insufficiency of monetary resources on correspondent accounts of the credit organisation (endorsed by the Direction of the Bank of Russia No. 620-U of August 4, 1999).
      The Direction is entered into force 10 days after the day of official publication in the Herald of the Bank of Russia.

Order of the Central Bank of Russia No. OD-275 of April 12, 2007 on the Correction Coefficients of the Bank of Russia

Applies correction coefficient 0.8 for the bonds of the Republic of Bashkortostan with the state registration number of issue RU25005BAS0 and the bonds of the Republic of Komi of the years 2004 and 2005 with the state registration numbers of issues RU35007КOM0 and RU35008КOM0.

Letter of the Central Bank of Russia No. 49-T of April 12, 2007 on the Inclusion of Securities in the Lombard List of the Bank of Russia

The Lombard List of the Bank of Russia shall include individual issues of the bonds of the Moscow province internal loans of 2006, the bonds of Gazprom, Lukoil, Gazprombank, bank Moscow Mortgage Agency, SIBUR Holding, Federal Network Company of the Joint Power Supply System and the bank Delta Credit.
