Direction of the Central Bank of Russia No. 1814-U of March 30, 2007 on the Amendments to the Instruction of the Bank of Russia No. 105-I of August 25, 2003 on the Procedure to Carry out the Checks of Credit Organisations (Their Branches) by Authorised Representatives of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation

The procedure for the Bank of Russia to carry out the checks of credit organisations and their branches shall apply also to operational offices. The Direction lists the officials authorised to sign the order to check an operational office. If checking an internal structural division of the credit organisation (its branch), the documents or copies of documents attached to the act of check may be certified with the signature of the official in charge of the checked division of the credit organisation (its branch) and the seal of this division.
      The Direction is entered into force 10 days after the day of its official publication in the Herald of the Bank of Russia. The text of the Direction has been published in the Herald of the Bank of Russia on April 25, 2007, No. 23.

Direction of the Central Bank of Russia No. 1815-U of March 30, 2007 on the Amendments to the Instruction of the Bank of Russia No. 108-I of December 1, 2003 on the Organisation of Inspection Activities of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)

Specifies the particulars of organisation of inspection activities of the Bank of Russia pertaining to operational office.

Decision of the Management Board of the State Corporation "Deposit Insurance Agency" of April 12, 2007, Protocol No. 24, on the Amendments to the Recommendations on the Procedure for the Banks to Inform Depositors of the Deposit Insurance Issues Endorsed by the Decision of the Management Board of the State Corporation "Deposit Insurance Agency" of June 30, 2005, Protocol No. 48

The amendments pertain to the increase of the amount of the total insurance reimbursement under bank deposits of citizens from Rbl 190,000 to Rbl 400,000.
