The mentioned list includes pedigree bovine animals, swine, sheep and goats, breeding ova, semen from pedigree bulls, stallions, sheep or goats, swine, as well as embryos from pedigree horses, sheep or goats, bovine animals and swine.
      The Decision is entered into force from the date of its official publication and covers legal relations emerging from January 1, 2007.

Order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation No. 27n of March 29, 2007 on the Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation No. 124n of September 23, 2005 on the Endorsement of the Form of the Tax Declaration for the Land Tax and Its Filling Procedure

Provides a new form of the tax declaration for the land tax (KND form 1153005) and the codes of tax exemptions, amends its filling procedure.
      The Order is entered into force beginning with the tax declaration for the land tax for the year 2007.

Endorses the form used by taxpayers to submit information on the average listed number of employees for the previous calendar year to the tax body no later than January 20 of the current year, and in cases of creation (reorganisation) of the organisation - no later than the 20th of the month following the month when the organisation was created (reorganised).

From January 1, 2007, amendments to the Tax Code have entered not force envisaging the duty of the banks to hand out to the tax bodies certificates of the presence of accounts in the banks and/or residues of monetary resources on the accounts, excerpts of operations on the accounts of organisations (independent entrepreneurs, private notaries, lawyers having founded a lawyer office) within five days of receiving a motivated request of the tax body.

Specifies a procedure for the Bank of Russia to take the decision on the state registration of changes introduced in the bank's constituent documents and issuance of the license for bank operations following the bank's request to change its status for the status of a non-bank credit organisation, including the cases when the amount of own resources (capital) becomes lower than EUR 5 million rouble equivalent (for the bank with the capital as of January 1, 2007 in the amount of EUR 5 million rouble equivalent or higher) or becomes lower than the level of January 1, 2007 (for the bank with the amount of capital as of January 1, 2007 lower than EUR 5 million rouble equivalent).

Order of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation No. 163 of March 14, 2007 on the Organisation of Works to Issue Phytosanitary and Quarantine Certificates

According to the Federal Law on the quarantine measures, the products (materials, cargo) subject to quarantine measures are plants, products of vegetation, containers, package, soil or other organism, object or material that may carry deleterious organisms or contribute to dissemination of such organisms. Export from the territory of the Russian Federation of such products (materials, cargo) is permitted in the presence of the phytosanitary certificate. To import to the territory of the Russian Federation, transport over it, as well as bring the mentioned products out of the quarantine phytosanitary zone, it is necessary to get the quarantine certificate.
