Transport vehicles of the fire service, militia, emergency medical aid, rescue services and the military motor transport inspection used for emergency protection of life and health of citizens must have on their exterior special colouring, as well as special signalling devices, equipment necessary for the execution of their tasks.
      The Decision is entered into force from January 1, 2008.

According to the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, amounts of savings on interest when the taxpayers get borrowed (credit) resources in excess of the amounts mentioned in Item 2 of Article 212 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation are subject to the incomes tax from natural persons at the rate of 35%. However, amounts in the form of material benefit from savings on interest for the use of targeted loans (credits) obtained and actually spent for new construction or purchase of dwelling home, flat or a share(s) in them are subject to the incomes tax from natural persons at the rate of 13%.

According to the amendments introduced by the Federal Law No. 84-FZ of May 17, 2007 to the Federal Law on the special economic zone in the Kaliningrad Province, vegetable products produced (grown) and collected on the territory of the special economic zone, including those made on the basis of imported raw materials, when exported from the territory of the special economic zone, is exempted until July 1, 2012 from the export customs duties according to the list defined by the Government of the Russian Federation.
      The Decision is entered into force from the day of its official publication and applies to legal relations emerging from June 30, 2007.

Examines the cases of introduction of amendments in the appropriate permission for the catching of aquatic biological resources. Since such amendments form an integral part of the initially issued permission, they may not imply the duty of the payer to pay anew the fee for the same volume of bioresources permitted for catching. The mentioned fee, however, must be distinguished from the state duty for the issued permission, which is collected in pursuance of Subitem 74 of Item 1 of Article 333 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
