Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 607 of September 25, 2007 on the Amendments to the Regulation on the State Regulation of Tariff Rates for the Services of Public Telecommunication and Public Postal Communication

The amendments regulate in addition the procedure of carrying out of checks of the financial and economic activities of communication operators where it pertains to the economic substantiation of expenses and other figures taken into account when fixing the regulated tariff rates (state regulation), as well as of the state control of correctness of application by communication operators of the regulated tariff rates for the communication services (the state control).

Endorses the new forms of the act of check of observation of the requirements of the forestry legislation and the Order to remove the revealed violations of the requirements of the forestry legislation drawn up by the Federal Service of Enforcement in the Sphere of Use of Natural Resources and its territorial bodies as a result of the carried out checks.

The budget of the Federal Fund of Obligatory Medical Insurance for the year 2007 envisages resources to implement in the subjects of the Russian Federation the pilot project aimed at improving the quality of services in the sphere of public health.
