Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 1184 of September 12, 2007 on the Government of the Russian Federation

The President of the Russian Federation took the decision to dismiss the Government of the Russian Federation.
      The Decree is entered into force from the day of its signing.

Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 570 of September 10, 2007 on the Vegetable Products Produced (Grown) and Collected on the Territory of the Special Economic Zone in the Kaliningrad Province, Including Those Made on the Basis of Imported Raw Materials, Export of Which from the Territory of the Special Economic Zone in the Kaliningrad Province is Exempted from the Export Customs Duties

According to the amendments introduced by the Federal Law No. 84-FZ of May 17, 2007 to the Federal Law on the special economic zone in the Kaliningrad Province, vegetable products produced (grown) and collected on the territory of the special economic zone, including those made on the basis of imported raw materials, when exported from the territory of the special economic zone, is exempted until July 1, 2012 from the export customs duties according to the list defined by the Government of the Russian Federation.
      The Decision is entered into force from the day of its official publication and applies to legal relations emerging from June 30, 2007.

Order of the Federal Tax Service No. MM-3-25/494@ of August 20, 2007 on the Endorsement of the Form of the Act of the Joint Verification of Estimates of Taxes, Fees, Penalties and Fines

From January 1, 2007 amendments to the Tax Code of the Russian Federation are entered into force that introduced opportunities of joint verification of estimates of taxes, fees, penalties and fines if excessive transfer of taxes is suspected.
