Specifies the procedure to obtain the permission for multiple crossings of the state border of the Russian Federation for the Russian fishing vessels catching aquatic biological resources without unloading the catch to foreign vessels, as well as to Russian vessels covered by the border guard control, when the catch is delivered for processing or sale to the territory of the Russian Federation.
