Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 556 of September 3, 2007 on the Amendments to the List of the Federal Bodies of Executive Power in Charge of Licensing

Pursuant to the changes in the legislation in the sphere of licensing of individual types of activities, adjusts the list of the federal bodies of executive power in charge of licensing.

Direction of the Central Bank of Russia No. 1882-U of August 31, 2007 on the Amendments to the Direction of the Bank of Russia No. 1601-U of August 5, 2005 on the Terms for the Bank of Russia to Grant Credits to Credit Organisations Secured with Promissory Notes, Claims Rights under Credit Contracts of Organisations or Guarantees of Credit Organisations

The amendments pertain to the terms of inclusion of credit organisations in the list of organisations whose promissory notes (claims rights under credit contracts) may be accepted as a security for the credits of the Bank of Russia, as well as organisations that may act as guarantors for the promissory notes (claims rights under credit contracts) accepted as a security for the credits of the Bank of Russia.
      The Direction is entered into force 10 days after the day of its official publication in the Herald of the Bank of Russia.
