The rules regulate relations between the user and the communication operator rendering telematic communication services.
      The rules shall enter into force from January 1, 2008.

In the course of the inventory taking, credit organisations shall analyse the residues available on the accounts due for closing or renaming from January 1, 2008 to determine their presence or closing proceeding from the nature of available resources, define the procedure of closing of the mentioned accounts, procedure of opening of new accounts and the need to rework the software processing the information.
