Monitoring of the Federal Legislation dated 6.12.2011

Federal Law No. 392-FZ of December 3, 201 on the Zones of Territorial Development in the Russian Federation and on the Amendments to Individual Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation

The regions needing a special support are permitted to create zones of territorial development.

Federal Law No. 382-FZ of December 3, 2011 on the State Information System of the Fuel and Power Supply Complex

Creates the above system in Russia.

Federal Law No. 379-FZ of December 3, 2011 on the Amendments to Individual Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation on the Issues of Tariff Rates of Insurance Contributions to the State Extra-Budgetary Funds

Reduces the above tariff rates for the years 2012-2013.
