Order of the Federal Customs Service No. 797 of July 3, 2007 on the Endorsement of the Simplified Procedure of Customs Registration of Individual Types of Commodities Placed under the Customs Regime of Free Customs Zone Applied in the Kaliningrad Province When They Are Moved across the Customs Border of the Russian Federation

The endorsed simplified procedure of customs registration applies to trucks, tractors, trailers, semi-trailers, buses, sea and air vessels, railway rolling stock having the status of foreign goods for the customs purposes that have been imported to the territory of the Kaliningrad Province and placed under the customs regime of free customs zone applied in the Kaliningrad Province.
      The Order is entered into force 10 days after the day of its official publication.

Order of the Federal Agency for Construction and the Housing and Communal Complex No. 188 of July 2, 2007 on the Requirements to the Composition, Content and Procedure of Drawing up of the Statement of the State Expert Evaluation of Design Documentation and Results of Engineering Surveys

From January 1, 2007, introduces a joint state expert evaluation of design documentation of objects of capital construction and results of engineering surveys carried out to prepare such documentation and having replaced the sanitary and epidemiological, state ecological, state cultural and historical expert evaluation, expert evaluation of the working conditions, state expert evaluation in the sphere of protection of population and territories against emergency situations and the expert evaluation of industrial safety.

Order of the Federal Service for Tariff Rates No. 129-e/2 of June 15, 2007 on the Endorsement of the Methodology Directions on the Regulation of Retail Prices for Liquefied Gas Sold to the Population for Household Needs

Retail prices for the liquefied gas sold to the population for household needs are calculated using the specially prepared Methodology Directions, while earlier the given retail prices were endorsed by the bodies of executive power of the subjects of the Russian Federation.
