Adjusts the composition and content of documents submitted for the registration of the rules of trust control of the shared investment funds, as well as in cases of amendments to the mentioned rules.

Order of the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation No. 62 of July 9, 2007 on the Endorsement of the Criteria to Qualify Design Documentation As Typical Design Documentation, As Well As the Modified Typical Documentation Not Affecting Design and Other Characteristics of Reliability and Safety of Objects of Capital Construction

According to the City Planning Code of the Russian Federation, the joint state expert evaluation of the design documentation of objects of capital construction and results of engineering surveys having replaced from January 1, 2007 all earlier available specialised types of expert evaluations does not apply to the design documentation having obtained already a positive statement of the state expert evaluation and applied repeatedly (the so-called typical design documentation), as well as in cases of modification of such design documentation not pertaining to the design and other characteristics of reliability and safety of objects of capital construction.

Direction of the Central Bank of Russia No. 1867-U of July 20, 2007 on the Amendments to the Direction of the Bank of Russia No. 1260-U of March 24, 2003 on the Procedure for Credit Organisations to Bring in Compliance the Amount of the Registered Capital and the Amount of Own Resources (Capital)

The amendments are stipulated by the entry into force from January 12, 2008 of the new rules of accounting work in credit organisations located on the territory of the Russian Federation.
      The Direction is entered into force from January 1, 2008.
