Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 540 of August 23, 2007 on the Composition and Procedure of Submission of Information by the Organiser of Games of Chance for Control of Observation of the Requirements of the Legislation on the State Regulation of Activities of Organisation of Games of Chance

The information is submitted on the monthly basis by the organiser of games of chance to the control body of the zone of respective activities.

Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 532 of August 23, 2007 on the Amendments to the Customs Tariff of the Russian Federation Pertaining to Medical Modules

To support the medical industry, the rates of the import customs duties for other assembly construction structures of ferrous metals (other than greenhouses), as well as of other materials (other than wood or ferrous metals), intended for medical application are reduced from 20% to 5% of the customs cost for 9 months.

     
      The Decision is entered into force 2 months after the day of its official publication.

Order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation No. 256 of July 20, 2007 on the Endorsement of the Federal Assessment Standard “General Notions of Assessment, Approaches and Requirements (FSO 1)”

The Federal Law No. 157-FZ of July 27, 2006 envisages creation by self-regulating organisations of assessors of the National Board of Assessment Activities, one of the functions of which is the working out of the federal assessment standards.
