According to the Federal Law No. 127-FZ of July 5, 2007 on the amendments to the Federal Law on currency regulation and currency control, resident natural persons may transfer without restrictions monetary resources in foreign currencies to other resident natural persons being their spouses or close relatives.

The market cost of assets used to place the resources of pension reserves of the fund, as well as the aggregate market cost of pension reserves of the fund, are calculated as of the last day (estimate day) of each calendar month (estimate period) no later than within 5 working days from the mentioned day.

Regulation of the Central Bank of Russia No. 308-P of July 20, 2007 on the Procedure for the Authorised Banks to Hand over Information on the Violation by the Persons Carrying out Currency Operations of Acts of Currency Legislation of the Russian Federation and Acts of the Bodies of Currency Regulation

Specifies the procedure for the authorised banks to hand over information on the violations by the persons carrying out currency operations (except for credit organisations and currency exchanges) of the acts of the currency legislation of the Russian Federation and the acts of the bodies of currency regulation to the body of currency control entitled to impose sanctions on the persons having committed the mentioned violations.
      The Regulation is entered into force two months after the days of its official publication in the Herald of the Bank of Russia.
