Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 447 of July 16, 2007 on the Improvement of Registration of the Federal Property

In pursuance of the Regulation, the object of registration is the following federal property located on the territory of the Russian Federation or abroad: immovable property (land plot, dwelling or non-dwelling space, air or sea vessel, internal waters vessel, outer space object or an object tied to the ground not permitting to relocate it without an incommensurable damage to its destination, including a building, structure or object of unfinished construction or another property qualified as immovable property according to the law); movable property (stocks, share (contribution) in the registered (shared) capital of an economic company or partnership or another property not included in immovable property).
     
     

Order of the Federal Service of Enforcement in the Sphere of Public Health and Social Development No. 835-Pr/07 of May 10, 2007 on the Endorsement of the Forms of Documents Used by the Federal Service of Enforcement in the Sphere of Public Health and Social Development in the Course of Licensing of Activities Pertaining to Circulation of Psychotropic Substances Included in List III in Pursuance of the Federal Law No. 3-FZ of January 8, 1998 on the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances

Endorses the forms of documents used in the course of licensing of activities pertaining to circulation of psychotropic substances included in list III – list of psychotropic substances restricted for circulation in the Russian Federation and permitting control exemptions in compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and international treaties of the Russian Federation.

Letter of the Central Bank of Russia No. 129-T of August 17, 2007 on the Filling of Columns 7 and 12 of the Administrator Notification of the Refinement of the Crime Type and Association

According to the actual legislation, the Bank of Russia is the administrator of receipts of individual types of incomes from credit organisations to the budget system of the Russian Federation, including the state duty for the issuance of licenses and certification, state registration of legal entities (their liquidation), independent entrepreneurs, amendments to the constituent documents, as well as the state registration of issues of emission securities.
