Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 491 of July 31, 2007 on the Endorsement of the Regulation on the Keeping of the Register of State or Municipal Contracts Containing Information on the Placed Orders and Comprising the State Secret

Information on the placed orders for supplies of commodities, carrying out works, rendering services for the state or municipal needs comprising the state secret must be included in a separate register of contracts.
      The Decision is entered into force from August 1, 2007.

      The Direction is entered into force 10 days after the day of its official publication in the Herald of the Bank of Russia.
