Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 527 of August 18, 2007 on the Procedure of Import to the Russian Federation and Export from the Russian Federation of Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and Their Precursors

Import to the Russian Federation and export from the Russian Federation of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances included in list II and list III of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors subject to control in the Russian Federation is permitted for the state unitary enterprises only in the presence of the licence for the types of activities pertaining to circulation of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances. Import to the Russian Federation and export from the Russian Federation of precursors is permitted both for the state unitary enterprises and other legal entities (the list of precursors permitted for the state unitary enterprises only is provided in the appendix).

     
      The Decision is entered into force 6 months after the date of its official publication. The licenses of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia for the right of import (export) of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors issued before the entry into force of the given Decision preserve their force until expiry.

Order of the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Russian Federation No. 190 of July 20, 2007 on the Endorsement of the List of the Types of Information Provided on the Obligatory Basis to the Interested Parties and the Terms of Providing It

According to the new Forestry Code of the Russian Federation, the State Forestry Register is maintained, which is a systematic summary of documented information on the forests, their use, protection, reproduction, on forestries and forest parks.
