Direction of the Central Bank of Russia No. 1869-U of July 20, 2007 on the Amendments to the Instruction of the Bank of Russia No. 117-I of June 15, 2004 on the Procedure for the Resident and Non-Resident Authorised Banks to Submit Documents and Information to Carry out Currency Operations, Procedure of Registration by the Authorised Banks of Currency Operations and Drawing up of Transaction Certificates

If, at the moment of redrawing of the transaction certificate (when amending the contract (credit contract) where it pertains to the information of the transaction certificate drawn up by the resident or another information of the transaction certificate), the name of the bank of the transaction certificate changed and/or the organisational and legal from of the bank changed, the redrawn transaction certificate is used by the resident to indicate the new name and/or organisational and legal from of the bank of the transaction certificate.
      The Direction is entered into force 10 days after the day of its official publication in the Herald of the Bank of Russia.

Order of the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Russian Federation No. 175 of July 9, 2007 on the Forms of Reports of the Use, Protection, Reproduction of Forests, Forest Growing and Their Submission Procedure

According to the new Forestry Code of the Russian Federation, citizens and legal entities engaged in forest use, as well as the measures of protection, reproduction of forests and forest growing, shall submit to the bodies of state power, bodies of local government reports of the use of forests, reports of protection of forests, reports of reproduction of forests and forest growing.

Endorses the list of stock exchanges where the listing of stocks of foreign joint-stock companies and the bonds of the foreign commercial organisations permits for their inclusion in the pension reserves of a non-state pension fund.
