Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 542 of August 27, 2007 on the Amendment to Item 2 of the Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 171 of March 31, 2005 on the Endorsement of the Regulation on Monetary Payments in Cash and/or Payments Using Pay Cards without Cash Registers

Organisations and independent entrepreneurs rendering paid services to the population may accept monetary payments in cash and/or payments using pay cards without cash registers on condition of issue of strict-accountability forms endorsed in compliance with the Regulation on cash monetary payments and/or payments using pay cards without cash registers

Regulation of the Central Bank of Russia No. 307-P of July 20, 2007 on the Procedure of Registration and Submission of Information on Affiliated Persons of Credit Organisations

The adoption of the new procedure is stipulated by the changes in the terms of inclusion of legal entities and natural persons in affiliated persons.

Order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation No. 255 of July 20, 2007 on the Endorsement of the Federal Assessment Standard “The Goal of Assessment and the Types of Costs (FSO 2)”

The federal assessment standard has been worked out to take account of international assessment standards and describes the goal of assessment, expected use of results of assessment, as well as determination of the market cost and the types of costs other than the market ones. The standard is obligatory in assessment activities.
